"In terms of great customer service and satisfaction, attention to detail, and parts inventory, you cannot beat Kawasaki of Laredo. I ordered a part, which other dealers took 3 months to tell me they could not get, and it was at my door in a week. When the part did not fit, they offered to reemburse me, to give me a discount on the correct part and another one I needed, and cover the cost of delivery. A week later, and I have the correct parts and a big smile on my face. Their communication with me was spectacular; they advised me by email every step of the way, and even gave me a tracking number so I could monitor the progress. The person who help me was Bryan, and he was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Well done! "
